The Bikini

As this style sits lower on the body, the full hip measurement is the one you should pay the most attention to. If you find yourself on a boundary or if you have something to hold on to there (like Giorge) we would suggest sizing up.

The High Waist

If you find yourself on a size boundary, size up if you have a curvier figure. However, if you often find that you are a smaller dress size on your waist than your hip, sizing down would be best. 

The High Waist Ultra

If you have had a C Section, we recommend wearing these after 6 weeks postpartum or when your incision has healed.
